Welcome to Mirai. By accessing our app, you agree to enter a contract with Evolve Web Apps LTD under the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Mirai mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Evolve Web Apps LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Use of the App

2.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including Apple ID, Google Account, or biometric data). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Generative AI Code of Conduct

Mirai utilizes Artificial Intelligence to interpret text and generate images. To ensure a safe environment, you agree to the following strict rules:

• No Objectionable Content: You strictly agree NOT to use the App to generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, harassing, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. If you are found to be using the AI features to generate prohibited content, your account will be banned immediately and without refund.
• Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter AI-generated content that violates these terms, you must report it immediately using the "Report Issue" button within the App or by contacting support. We will review and act on reports within 24 hours.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: AI is experimental. We do not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or quality of AI-generated insights or images. They are for entertainment and self-reflection only.

4. User Content & Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the dream journals and text you input into the App. However, by submitting text for AI analysis, you grant us and our third-party AI partners a worldwide, royalty-free license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating the insight/image).

Our Content: The App's design, code, graphics, and branding ("Mirai") are the property of Evolve Web Apps LTD and are protected by copyright laws.

5. Medical & Psychological Disclaimer

Mirai is not a medical device or a substitute for professional therapy.

The interpretations, archetypes, and insights provided by the App are automated and based on Jungian theory. They should not be treated as a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a professional healthcare provider immediately.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Payments: All purchases (e.g., "Pro Mode," "Credits") are processed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store payment details.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective app store (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models at any time, though active subscriptions will typically remain at their original price for the duration of the billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolve Web Apps LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice via the App or email prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
